  1. To start your intermittent fasting, you should start with 12:12 intermittent fasting. In which you will be fasting for 12 hours and eating in another 12 hour. For example fast from 9 AM to 9 PM and in this time you will eat 3 meals a day with 4 hours of gap excluding the snacks.  
  1. After a week or month that you are comfortable with start to extend your fasting first to 14:10, than 16:8 and at last 18:6. And remember try to take only the real food with nutrients.  


Can a pregnant lady do intermittent fasting?

It is not good to do any type of fasting when a woman is pregnant and doctor is also against it. As it is necessary for the baby and mother to be healthy.
